About Mike
I am truly passionate about telecom and technology and well respected by customers and peers. I love that I 
get to not only be the one to help customers in addition to helping solve many challenges as it relates to the technology challenges facing business today. My wife of 20 years Denette and I ran a wholesale flower business before moving to Massachusetts from California.
My goal is to help business better understand how telecom technology can truly help them run their organizations more productively. The goal is to engage, and educate my visitors of my experiences in the hopes that it will benefit all those who engage. This is what my website is all about.
What I have found over the years of talking to hundreds managers and directors is that they mostly want to run their business and try not to get too complicated when dealing with their technology solutions, it's all about keeping it simple. They do understand that advancements in technology for their business will potentially help the overall operation though.
My mission is to first seek to understand what my customer is telling me about his or her business. I listen carefully to internalize the specifics of how their current systems are configured, then, offer alternatives that they may consider. My guarantee is that if I can't help you solve some of your greatest business challenges related to your telecommunications, then I will at a minimum let you know what companies you should consider talking to about their services.
